World Haemophilia Day Success!

On April 17th, World Haemophilia Day is marked worldwide with the goal of increasing awareness of haemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders because with increased awareness comes better diagnosis and access to care.

The Southern Haemophilia Network raised awareness by talking to various patients, staff and the public about haemophilia and bleeding disorders, wearing red clothing and handing out red coloured food to everyone!

You can also support World Haemophilia Day in a variety of ways. Visit the World Federation of Hemophilia's page by clicking here to find out more. You can also visit their Facebook page to get involved further.
